Sandown Rocks is an outdoor climbing and bouldering area with sixteen rope lines covering more than 48 routes, set on wave form panels. Routes are

reviewed and reset regularly to keep the walls, and challenging for all grades of climbers.

Sandown Rocks has a wheelchair accessible abseil ramp, including a free hanging abseil point, and a stepped climb for partially ambulant

The spinnaker wall climbs are 12 metres in height, the main sail 9 metres andthe foresail, 8 metres, all with slabs and sustained over hangs.

The boudering cave offers a range of traversing and bouldering problems to delight and despair!


Providing climbing opportunities for all: Family and children sessions, School Groups, Scout/guide/Brownies Groups, Birthday Parties, Business team building/staff development.
